Quality Dashboard
The Quality Dashboard helps you identify risks that have become stale or under-managed. Where the Health Dashboard shows overall governance health, the Quality Dashboard focuses on individual risks that need action — highlighting risks with high scores that have not been recently assessed or reviewed.
Navigating to the Quality Dashboard
From within a project, click Dashboards then Quality.
What you will see
The Quality Dashboard shows a table of risks sorted by urgency. For each risk you can see:
- Ref code and title
- Status
- Inherent and residual scores — the numerical probability × impact values
- Owner
- Review due — when the next review is scheduled
- Days since last assessment — how long since the risk was last assessed
Rows are highlighted by urgency: risks that are both high-scoring and long overdue for assessment appear most prominently.
How to use it
The Quality Dashboard is most useful when:
- Running a governance review — quickly identify which risks need attention before a meeting
- Checking for assessment gaps — find risks that have not been scored recently
- Ensuring high-scoring risks are actively reviewed
Click any risk row to open the risk detail page and take action.
