Billing & Subscription
What tiers are available?
Lydaro offers four tiers:
- Free: 1 project, up to 100 risks per project, 1 team member
- Pro: 5 projects, up to 100 risks per project, 2 team members
- Team: Unlimited projects and risks, unlimited team members
- Enterprise: Custom limits, SLAs, and dedicated support
Can I switch tiers?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
What happens when I hit my project limit?
You'll see an error when you try to create a new project. Upgrade your plan to create more projects.
Is there a free trial?
The Pro tier includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
Features
What is a Quality Score?
The Quality Score (0–100) measures how well-managed a risk is, not how severe it is. It evaluates:
- Title clarity
- Cause, event, and effect descriptions
- Owner assignment
- Assessment completeness
- Response strategy
- Review discipline
Quality Score bands:

What is the risk workflow?
Each risk moves through a lifecycle: Draft → Active → Mitigated / Realized → Closed. These are the default status labels Lydaro seeds for new organisations. Lydaro guides you through next best actions at each stage.
Your organisation can rename, reorder, or replace these status labels under Settings → Manage lists.
How does the Lyra support assistant work?
Lyra is Lydaro's in-app support assistant (currently in beta). Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of any page to open it.
Lyra can answer questions about using Lydaro — risks, projects, dashboards, billing, team management, and settings. It cannot help with off-topic questions or other tools.
Lyra remembers your conversation as you navigate between pages. History is cleared when you close the panel (✕), click New chat, or navigate to a different organisation.
Each message is limited to 1,000 characters. After each response, thumbs up / thumbs down buttons let you rate the answer. A thumbs-down flags the response for quality review by Lydaro's team.

How does AI risk generation work?
On Pro and Team tiers, you can use AI to suggest risks based on your project description. AI uses Anthropic's Claude to suggest cause-event-effect descriptions tailored to your project context. All suggestions require your review before being saved.
How do Lists work?
Lists are the configurable dropdown values used across your organisation — risk status, probability levels, impact levels, and response strategies. They live under Settings → Manage lists.
Each list can be set up independently. If a list shows "not set up", clicking Set up [list name] defaults adds Lydaro's standard starting values for that list only — your other lists are not affected.
You can then rename, reorder, add, or deactivate items as needed. Renaming a list item (for example, changing "Close" to "Closed") does not break any existing data because risks reference list items by a stable internal ID, not by the label text.
Can I export my data?
Yes. From any project, use the export buttons to download:
- Export Risk List (CSV): All risks with assessments
- Export Quality Report (CSV): Quality scores by project
- Export Assessment History (CSV): Full audit trail of assessments
Account & Security
Who can see my data?
Your data is visible only to members of your organisation. Lydaro uses row-level security to enforce data isolation between organisations.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Settings → Account and select the account deletion option. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Alternatively, email support@lydaro.app to request deletion.
How is my data stored?
Data is securely stored and encrypted at rest and in transit. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Troubleshooting
I can't log in
- Check your email is correct
- Try "Forgot Password" to reset
- Check your spam folder for the verification email
- Email support@lydaro.app if still stuck
My invitation email didn't arrive
- Check spam/junk folder
- Ask the sender to re-send the invitation
- Confirm the email address is correct
