Health Dashboard
The Health Dashboard shows the risk governance health of a project in one view. It displays the Register Quality Score, the count of risks by quality band, and highlights which risks most need attention — giving project leads and PMOs an at-a-glance picture of where governance gaps exist.
What you'll see
- Quality Score summary with counts by band (Excellent, Good, Needs attention, Poor)
- Risk heatmap showing risks plotted by probability × impact
- Overdue items highlighting responses past their due date
- Per-risk quality flags identifying exactly what's missing from each risk
Quality Score indicators
| Colour | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Green | Average Quality Score ≥ 70 |
| Amber | Average Quality Score 50–69 |
| Red | Average Quality Score < 50 |
Navigating to the Health Dashboard
From within a project, click Dashboards then Health.
Portfolio overview
To see Quality Scores across all your projects in one view, go to the main Dashboard from the navigation. Each project card shows a quality sparkline and risk activity summary.
