AI usage limits
Lydaro has two separate AI capabilities with different limits.
Lyra Support Assistant
Lyra is available on all plans. The request limit applies per hour on a sliding 60-minute window:

Lyra usage counts toward your plan's monthly token allowance.
AI risk tools
AI risk generation, AI risk improvement, and document extraction are available on Pro and Team plans only. Usage is measured in tokens (input + output combined):

Monitor your current AI usage on the Billing page.
Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to Billing in the app sidebar
- Click "Upgrade Plan"
- Select your desired tier
- Choose monthly or annual billing (annual saves 20%)
- Enter payment details
- Confirm upgrade
Upgrades take effect immediately.
Downgrading Your Plan
- Go to Billing in the app sidebar
- Click "Change Plan"
- Select a lower tier
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. If your usage exceeds the new tier's limits, you'll need to reduce usage before the downgrade takes effect.
Billing History
View past invoices on the Billing page under "Billing History".
Cancelling
To cancel, downgrade to the Free tier or email support@lydaro.app.
