Export Data
Export your risk data to CSV for use in spreadsheets, reports, or other tools.
Available Exports
Risk List (CSV)
A complete list of all risks across your organisation (or filtered by project), including:
- Risk ID and reference code
- Title, cause, event, effect
- Owner
- Status
- Inherent and residual probability/impact/score
- Quality score
- Created and updated dates
Quality Report (CSV)
Project-level quality summary including:
- Project name
- Active risk count
- Average quality score
- Score band distribution (Excellent, Good, Needs Attention, Poor)
- High-risk count
Assessment History (CSV)
Full audit trail of risk assessments including:
- Risk ID and title
- Assessment date
- Assessor name
- Probability and impact values
- Score
How to Export
- Navigate to your project (or stay on the dashboard for all projects)
- Click "Export" in the top navigation
- Choose the export type
- File downloads automatically
File Format
All exports are UTF-8 encoded CSV files. Open in Excel using:
Data → From Text/CSV → UTF-8 encoding
